Delivery Policy

Free worldwide delivery 

The item will be shipped within 3 days from the moment the payment was received.

Delivery in Israel - via Israel post office and registered mail. You will be able to track the delivery online with a tracking number. Estimated delivery within Israel is 2-7 days, depends on Israeli post office. 

Worldwide delivery - (besides Israel) with a tracking number. Estimated arrival 14-21 days depends on the delivery company. 

Return policy 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied from our art and would like to return it- no problem! You may return the art piece within 14 days from the day of arrival in condition it was not used or damaged and it’s in its original package. Full refund will be made once we received the art piece back, in the same manner of the payment was done. There will not be refund on delivery. 

 

Like any natural fiber, a minimal approach should always be taken to clean wool felt since the cleaning method could potentially do more damage than the stain.

When necessary follow these instructions (Always test any cleaning method first in an inconspicuous area):

• Carefully remove any loose dirt or dust by hand.
• Gentle hand wash only.
• Use cold water.
• If using any detergent make sure it is designed for use with wool.
• Avoid agitating as much as possible.
• Dry on flat surface.
• Piece can be ironed. It is recommended to lay a cotton shit on top.

Avoid direct sunlight.
